India is a nation made up of villages. Labour based economy and lifestyle is the cornerstone of India. In the time of declining government and private employment opportunities and possibilities, it is reluctant to emphasize the importance of labour-intensive employment. Through the trust, animal husbandry, organic farming, spinning-weaving, small scale industries including oil refining, milk and its products, textile and textile-based products and production of farm related materials are being promoted.
In the state of Uttarakhand, we received success in the work of spinning and weaving of wool, and employment thought water induced power in flourmill and selling of “Green Atta (Organic Flour)”.
Traditional artisans in rural employment have also received guidance through trust in the field of handicrafts.
